Governance & Operations

Common
Inquiries.

01/

How do you ensure funds reach conflict zones?

We use decentralized financial channels and a community-verified peer-to-peer network that bypasses broken banking infrastructure, ensuring resources land directly with local responders.

02/

What is your admin overhead?

We maintain an ultra-lean structure. Less than 1% of our budget goes to administrative overhead, as our team and infrastructure are built for direct aid delivery, not bureaucracy.

03/

Who leads the decision making?

Authority is held by the community. Over 95% of our projects are designed and proposed by local Emergency Response Rooms (ERRs) before receiving technical support.

04/

How do you verify delivery?

Our F3 (Failsafe) protocol requires multi-point verification: geotagged visuals, community timestamps, and dual-party signatures from both volunteers and beneficiaries.

05/

Are the volunteers safe?

Security is our priority. We provide secure digital reporting platforms and trauma-informed psychosocial support (MHPSS) to help responders manage the risks of frontline work.

06/

Can LoHub scale to other regions?

Yes. Our blueprint is modular. While built for Sudan, the technical scaffolding is designed to be adapted by any localized mutual-aid movement in a crisis zone.
